Protection
A sacrificial layer,
by design.
Provides sacrificial layer protection for coatings, clearcoats, plastics, glass, decals, and motorcycle seats. Non-permanent adherence: self-removes over time without damaging underlying surfaces.
UV rays
Absorbs, reflects, refracts, and scatters UV rays to prevent fading and oxidation.
Water
Industry-leading hydrophobic properties for superior water repellency and self-cleaning effect.
Acidic & alkaline detergents
Resistant to acidic and alkaline detergents.
Environmental contaminants
Protects against environmental contaminants — paint, clearcoats, plastics, glass, decals, motorcycle seats.
Microfractures
Chemically bonds to the surface, locking into microfractures.
Touch & brush car washes
Remains on the surface in over 10 touch / brush car washes.
Application
Twist to unlock.
Six steps.
Prep
Ensure the surface is prepped by cleaning thoroughly (polishing recommended for optimal gloss). Glass must be spotless.
Apply
Apply 1–2 pumps to the supplied foam applicator for a 2′ × 2′ area.
Buff in
Buff in a circular, overlapping motion using light pressure.
Dwell
Allow the product to dwell for 5–30 minutes before buffing off.
Buff off
Buff off using a clean, lint-free microfiber towel.
Inspect
Inspect the surface to ensure no residue remains.
Curing & maintenance
The first 72 hours,
and beyond.

- 8hKeep dry
- 72hRinse only
- 3–6 moReapply for peak
- 12 moSiO₂ layer keeps protecting
- Keep the surface dry for at least 8 hours.
- Avoid washing for 72 hours (rinsing only during this period is acceptable).
- Wash using only pH-neutral soap.
- Reapply Hydro Silk every 3–6 months to maintain peak performance.
- Even after hydrophobic properties diminish, the SiO₂ layer continues protecting against UV, chemicals, and contaminants for up to 12 months.
- Safe for touchless car washes and resistant to acidic and alkaline detergents.

Hydro Silk Coating
Can I put it on an existing wrap or ceramic coating?
Hydro Silk not only protects a clear coat but can also protect, heal, and extend the life of your existing ceramic coat or wrap.

Description
Hydro Silk: The First True Wax Replacement
Wax is outdated. Hydro Silk is the next evolution in vehicle protection, delivering the deep gloss of wax, the durability of ceramics, and effortless application—without the limitations.
Engineered with Nano-Crystal Technology and an advanced SiO₂ matrix, Hydro Silk forms a flexible, hydrophobic shield that repels contaminants, resists heat and chemicals, and prevents oxidation. Acting as a self-removing layer, it protects for 3-6 months before naturally wearing away—leaving no buildup, streaks, or residue.
